Labrada HumanoGrowth Review
Labrada HumanoGrowth uses a bunch of fancy-named ingredients that promise to elevate your HGH and testosterone.
However, while the effects of these ingredients sound great in theory, there’re only a few inconclusive studies that support them.
See what we found below…
> Contains safe ingredients (no major side effects reported)
> Lowers cortisol which helps prevent testosterone breakdown
> Incomplete profile, missing key vitamins and nutrients that boost testosterone (D3, D-AA, Fenugreek…)
> None of the ingredients are backed up by science
> Doesn’t appear to directly boost testosterone
Labrada HumanoGrowth is an interesting supplement. It uses unique and never-seen-before ingredients in a testosterone booster, such as Embryonic Peptide Matrix and Bio-Active Plasma Albumin Peptides.
These ingredients are supposed to boost your Human Growth Hormone and testosterone production. But since there are very few studies that actually support this, we had to examine this product ourselves to determine if it lives up to the hype.
In this review, we’ve tested the product’s ingredients to determine its benefits, as well as side effects.
What we discovered was very surprising.
See for yourself:
Pros and Cons of Labrada HumanoGrowth
- Uses safe ingredients
- In theory, some of the ingredients reduce cortisol, thus preventing testosterone breakdown (this hasn’t been proven in studies yet though)
- Uses ingredients that aren’t supported by research (yet)
- Incomplete profile – Missing Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek, and other important T-boosters
- Doesn’t show any results at boosting libido
- Uses only 1 serving per day
HumanoGrowth by Labrada isn’t only a Human Growth Hormone boosting agent, it’s also a testosterone booster and recovery enhancer. At least that’s what the producers of this product say.
In order to see if these benefits are real, we need to examine the ingredients and servings. This will give us a pretty good picture of how effective this product really is.
Dosage | How To Use
The dosage of Labrada HumanoGrowth is quite disappointing. Although there are 4 capsules in each serving, they aren’t spread well – you should take them all at once before bedtime.
Is this the ideal way to dose a testosterone booster? We don’t think so!
Think about it, if you only take 1 serving of a testosterone booster per day, how much can you really expect the effects to last? Not very long!
No matter how many pills you take, they will give you a short boost in testosterone, and you’re back to baseline in a few hours, unless you take more. That’s not very good if you’re looking for a constant elevation in testosterone.
For optimal and long-term results, you want to take 3-4 servings of a testosterone booster per day. Once in the morning, once during lunch, once in the early evening, and once before bed. This will ensure a constant trickle of important ingredients to your system.
Labrada HumanoGrowth is very different from most other testosterone boosters, in that it uses some rather unique ingredients. It’s made of two main ingredient blends, which are Humanofort and Lean Muscle Accelerator. They contain ingredients like Bio-Active Plasma Albumin Peptides, Embryonic Peptides, and other naturally occurring growth factors.
But how does this relate to testosterone, you may ask. Well, it’s simple… While Humanofort reduces stress hormone levels in the body, Lean Muscle Accelerator improves protein synthesis. So in a way, they work to improve your recovery and how your body responds to stress.
See, cortisol is famous for being damaging to male testosterone levels. So by using the ingredients that combat cortisol and other stress hormones, Labrada HumanoGrowth indirectly supports your natural testosterone levels.
In addition, this product uses ingredients that contain certain growth factors, which are important for increasing muscle mass and losing body fat.
But here’s the bad news: all of this works in theory. When it comes to real-life results, the studies on these ingredients are very few and they are inconclusive.
So while Labrada HumanoGrowth does utilize some fancy ingredients, there are not enough studies behind them to prove they actually work.
We’d much rather see Labrada HumanoGrowth featuring real and proven T-boosting ingredients, such as D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek, and Vitamin D3.
These ingredients don’t need any fancy explanation, they’ve been clinically tested and proven to work. In the right doses, they can do real wonders for your testosterone.
But hey, not everything is bad about Labrada Humanogrowth; its ingredients are free of side effects, so at least you can take the product without any fear of negative consequences.
What Others Say
“These are the Benefits I am supposed to see with this product: Support Positive Nitrogen Balance* Support Protein Efficiency* Provide natural support for testosterone within normal ranges* Decrease recovery time* For starters, I only took this for a Month and for that time frame I may or may not get to see any of these benefits in my system. The one benefit I did notice was in about 2 weeks my sleep was deeper and better(longer thru the night without waking up). I did, however, notice some strength gains later in that time frame, but I did not lean out any, not a fair assumption since I am bulking.” – Squid24 (Bodybuilding.com Customer)
“This was an okay supplement. It was hard to sleep when I was taking this. You could buy a better supplement in this category” – DarthV2 (Bodybuilding.com Customer)
Although the ingredients of Labrada HumanoGrowth are shown to be safe, one user reported headaches from taking the product.
In the user’s own words;
“I would like to know if anyone on this site has tried Labrada’s Humanogrowth? I’m on the 2nd week of the pills (each pill is 250mg) and it had a great effect on my sleeping habits as I left deep and long. However, during the day, I had a slight headache which got better as each week passed.” – pcoowar (Bodybuilding.com Customer)
Conclusion to Labrada HumanoGrowth
We’re happy to see that Labrada HumanoGrowth have decided to go against the grain in the testosterone booster market with their unique ingredients. That’s a bold and commendable decision.
However, the ingredients have only a handful of studies supporting them, and this isn’t enough evidence to prove their effects.
We’d much rather see a product that uses tested and proven ingredients, just like best testosterone boosters on the market do.
